Friday morning basketball information

Davis Parent/Guardian,

Your child has expressed interest in attending Morning Basketball this school year at Davis. Starting October 2nd, the gym will be open and supervised from 7:30am until 8:45am (the start of the school day) on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Morning Basketball will continue until June 6, 2025. The purpose of Morning Basketball is to give eligible Davis students an opportunity to have fun, exercise, meet new friends and work on their basketball skills. All scheduled dates will be posted in advance. Students, as well as parents/guardians, will be notified if there is a cancellation. Morning Basketball will not take place if school is closed or delayed due to weather or any other event. All interested students must meet Davis eligibility requirements and are expected to follow the Charles County Public Schools Code of Student Conduct. Please fill out the portion below and return to school with your student. You can also feel free to call or email me if you have any concerns or questions.
